Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)

Location: Texas
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually + full benefits

We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals to provide virtual therapy services to adults and families across Texas. This role is focused on delivering consistent, client-centered care through telehealth while maintaining strong clinical standards. Therapists will manage their own client sessions, develop treatment plans, track progress, and collaborate with other professionals to support positive client outcomes.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct remote therapy sessions based on individual client needs
• Develop and maintain treatment plans with measurable goals
• Monitor client progress and adjust care approaches when appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues regarding client care and outcomes
• Participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
• Licensed in Texas (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• At least 2 years of therapy experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
