Healthcare Recruiter (Telehealth Mental Health – Nationwide)

Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a relentless, high-speed Remote Healthcare Recruiter to join our national staffing engine. We aren’t just filling seats; we are dissolving the gap in the U.S. healthcare system. In this role, you will be a high-volume talent hunter, identifying and placing Mental Health Counselors onto Online Telehealth platforms Nationwide.

Work Schedule: M to F 9-6 pm

Work Type: 100% Remote W2 Full Time

Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per year depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell The Job Opportunity to Mental Health Counselors
• Help Answer All of Their Questions on A Zoom Call
• Assist With The Mental Health Therapist to help them complete their Job Application and Onboarding Process.

Requirements

• The Hunter Mindset: A self-motivated closer who thrives on the hustle and is hungry for a six-figure income.
• Experience: Must have 5 years or more of Healthcare Recruiting Experience recruiting licensed healthcare professionals. Must have experience with hard selling.
• General Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with various Mental Health licenses (LMHC, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, Psychologist, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW etc) and the general credentialing process in the US.
• Sales DNA: Proven success in a high-pressure, metrics-driven environment—whether in recruitment, B2B sales, or high-volume business development.
• Remote Mastery: Expert at managing your own time and maintaining high productivity in a 100% remote setting.
• Communication Powerhouse: Ability to connect authentically with medical professionals and sell them on their next career-defining move.
