Earn £50,000 OTE | £26,227.50 salary | Uncapped commission | Edinburgh based

Are you an experienced salesperson who thrives on targets, enjoys the challenge of cold calling, and is motivated by earning uncapped commission?

Were looking for ambitious and resilient Sales Executives to join our growing team in Edinburgh. This is a high-activity outbound sales role where youll spend much of your day speaking to prospective customers, generating interest, and converting conversations into sales.

Youll need confidence, determination, and the resilience to pick up the phone time and time again while maintaining a positive attitude and focus on results.

What Youll Be Doing

• Making high volumes of outbound cold calls to prospective customers
• Promoting GoFibres full fibre broadband services
• Building rapport and overcoming objections
• Identifying customer needs and recommending the right solution
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up activity
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver strong team performance

What Were Looking For

Previous sales experience is essential

Youll also have:

• Experience working to targets and KPIs
• Confidence making outbound sales calls
• Great communication and negotiation skills
• Resilience and determination when faced with rejection
• A competitive and results-driven mindset
• Excellent organisation and time management skills

Working Hours

Based in our Edinburgh office, Monday to Friday and one Saturday per month::

• 10am to 6pm
• 12pm to 8pm
• 9am to 5pm
