The Total Loss Adjuster for General Motors Insurance investigates, evaluates, and manages low to moderately complex auto claims to determine coverage, assess liability, and negotiate fair settlements while ensuring compliance with state regulations. This role also involves guiding customers through the total loss process, collaborating with internal and external partners, and using strong communication, technical, and problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve claims and support business objectives.
