GM Protection is responsible for driving continuous improvement, process standardization, and operational rigor across GM Protection operations supporting F&I Protection products. This role focuses on improving efficiency, quality, scalability, and compliance readiness through the application of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving methodologies. This individual partners closely with GM Protection Operations, Compliance, Product, Technology, and Dealer Experience teams to evaluate end-to-end workflows, strengthen process controls, and ensure operational processes are documented, measurable, and aligned with regulatory and business requirements.
