About the role:

The University Talent Advisor II will contribute to GM Financials (GMF) Talent Acquisition Strategy by identifying and building strategic partnerships externally with academic institutions, military, community and diversity organizations and internally with business partners and hiring managers to determine the most relevant outreach plan, ultimately delivering a viable talent pipeline for the business. This team member will participate in the development and execution of the campus recruiting and intern program. Responsibilities also include tracking and reporting on key metrics, supporting process improvements, participating in recruiting and HR effectiveness initiatives and building strong relationship with functional HR leaders, business leaders and hiring managers.

 

Contract 6 months 

The University Talent Advisor II supports GM Financials talent acquisition strategy by building partnerships with universities, military organizations, community groups, and diversity-focused organizations to attract top early-career talent.
