The Benefits Specialist supports the administration and day-to-day operations of employee benefit programs. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate delivery of benefits, supporting compliance activities, assisting with vendor coordination, and serving as a knowledgeable resource for employees and HR partners. The position plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence while supporting the broader Total Rewards strategy.
