What Youll Do

As a Remote Customer Service & Benefits Advisor, you will help clients understand their benefits options and provide support throughout the customer experience.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Communicating with new and existing clients to understand their needs.

• Explaining available insurance benefits, coverage options, and relevant policy information.

• Answering client questions and providing professional, courteous service.

• Scheduling and conducting virtual client consultations.

• Maintaining accurate client information and following established procedures.

• Building positive client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.

• Participating in training, coaching, and professional development activities.
