What Youll Do

• Provide exceptional service and support to prospective and existing clients

• Conduct virtual appointments using Zoom and other communication platforms

• Answer questions and educate clients on available benefit options

• Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care

• Maintain accurate records and follow-up communications

• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development

• Build lasting client relationships through trust, communication, and exceptional service
