As a Virtual Benefits Consultant, youll work directly with individuals and families through virtual appointments, helping them understand available supplemental benefits while delivering exceptional customer service. About the Role

As a Virtual Benefits Consultant, youll become a trusted resource for clients by providing education, guidance, and personalized support throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and other online platforms

• Educate individuals and families about available benefit programs and coverage options

• Answer questions and provide personalized recommendations based on client needs

• Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-through

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Collaborate with teammates to deliver an outstanding client experience

• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development programs
