What Youll Do

As a Remote Client Service Representative, youll work directly with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options.

Client Service Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments

• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options

• Explain products, services, and policy information

• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates

• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Build strong, long-term client relationships through professionalism and exceptional service

Professional Development

• Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentorship

• Develop communication, customer service, and leadership skills
