About the Role

As a Remote Client Success Team Lead, youll combine client service responsibilities with leadership development, helping clients access valuable supplemental benefits while supporting the growth and success of your team.

What Youll Do

Client Support & Service

• Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and other online platforms

• Provide personalized guidance regarding available benefit programs

• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up

• Assist clients throughout the enrollment process

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Leadership & Team Development

• Support, coach, and encourage team members

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused team culture

• Participate in leadership meetings, mentorship sessions, and development programs

• Help maintain high standards of professionalism and client satisfaction

• Continue developing leadership, communication, and management skills
