Position Overview

As a Remote Client Services Team Lead, youll balance client service responsibilities with leadership development while helping build a positive, high-performing remote culture.

Client & Team Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments

• Provide professional guidance regarding benefits and coverage options

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Support and mentor newer team members

• Encourage collaboration and a positive team environment

• Utilize technology to improve communication and workflow efficiency

• Maintain accurate documentation and professional standards

• Participate in leadership meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing development
