What Youll Do

As a Remote Benefits Services Representative, youll help clients understand their available benefits while delivering outstanding customer service in a fully remote environment.

Client Support Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments

• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options

• Explain products, services, and policy information

• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates

• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Build strong, long-term client relationships through professionalism and trust

Professional Development

• Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs
