About the Role

As a Remote Client Service Representative, youll work directly with clients who have requested information about their benefits and coverage options.

Using Zoom and other virtual communication tools, youll help clients understand their available benefits, answer questions, and provide outstanding service throughout their experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments

• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options

• Explain products, services, and policy information

• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Relationship Building

• Build long-term relationships through professionalism and trust

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
