  • Perform hands-on replacement, testing, verification, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and systems in the field.

  • Adhere to company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures and work in a safe and professional manner to ensure the wellbeing of personnel and the integrity of equipment.

  • Effectively interface with customers, contractors, colleagues, and management in a clear, professional, and methodical manner.

  • Hands-on experience using electrical test equipment, including data recorders, power analysers, oscilloscopes, insulation resistance testers, and high-potential (Hi-Pot) test equipment.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for short-duration assignments, often at short notice.

  • Sound understanding of Health and Safety requirements and the hazards and risks associated with industrial electrical systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment and coordinate tasks with colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Valid drivers licence and ability to obtain site-specific certifications and clearances as required.

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and proficiency in at least one programming language.

  • Experience in commissioning, servicing, or troubleshooting power conversion systems, drives, switchgear, or power generation equipment.

  • Comfortable working aboard marine vessels and remaining offshore for extended periods when required.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Proven analytical problem-solving capability and a demonstrated ability to drive continuous quality improvement.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships while representing the company in a professional manner.
