Job Description:

Developer SME

The Developer SME position will work primarily architecting, designing, and developing solutions as part of Development team working in an Agile format. This position will be responsible for architecting a solution based on customer requirements. They should be able to design, develop solutions within . This person should be able to create strategy and solution papers as recommendations to the customer.

This person should have a good understanding of Agile, ITSM, CMDB, Platform, SAM, HAM, App Engine, SPM, and APM

Person should be proficient in developing code using JavaScript, and Portal development using HTML/CSS, Angular JS, Jelly/XML.

the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of DHS customer. You will play a crucial role in in the following areas:
● Lead/Manage/Support

● Lead/Manage/Support ITSM Development Team
● Collaborate with multiple development groups to deploy updates and troubleshoot issues related to the Platform
● Drive outcomes and work with development teams to innovate, resolve challenges, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your engineering expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Software Developer Senior must have:
● Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
● Experience: 10+ years of related experience
● Technical skills: JavaScript, and Portal development using HTML/CSS, Angular JS, Jelly/XML.
● US citizenship required
● Role requirements: Agile, ITSM, CMDB, Platform, SAM, HAM, and SPM, and APM

The likely salary range for this position is $187,000 - $253,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
