Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support within the Administration & Logistics department, ensuring the efficient and timely administration of vehicle sales, importation, registration and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and maintaining documentation related to vehicle sales, importation and registration;
• Liaising with banks, Government Departments, subcontractors, insurers and other external parties as required;
• Updating vehicle, shipment and stock records within the relevant systems;
• Assisting with the release and registration of vehicles and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order;
• Preparing documentation relating to customs duty, registration tax, VAT and other applicable payments;
• Assisting with reports, supplier orders, payments and general administrative duties within the department.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Be organised, detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines;
• Possess strong administration and communication skills;
• Be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
• Have a customer-focused and meticulous approach to work;
• Previous experience in a similar administrative or logistics position will be considered an asset.
