In this type of role, you’ll engage directly with prospective customers, managing inbound and outbound leads while delivering a compelling value proposition. You’ll build rapport quickly, guide conversations with confidence, and convert interest into action through consultative selling.

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to manage a high volume of daily interactions while consistently meeting performance goals.

• Comfortable with high-volume outreach (calls, emails, follow-ups)
• Strong communicators with excellent phone presence
• Goal-oriented with a sense of urgency and persistence
• Organized and consistent with follow-up and CRM tracking
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using sales tools and systems
