As a Senior Project Manager at Fueled, you bring both skilled tactical delivery and strategic, outcomes-focused thinking to every project you lead. Youll be a key contributor to successful client delivery, joining a team of collaborative, cross-discipline professionals who have been pushing the boundaries of enterprise-level projects since 2011.

What you will do:

• Lead delivery on complex, multi-project portfolios, owning outcomes and keeping teams aligned against client and business objectives.
• Spot risks early through close tracking of progress, budget, and scope, and give stakeholders what they need to make good decisions.
• Drive quality through strong cross-functional collaboration and high delivery standards.
• Lead discovery that turns client goals into clear, workable plans with measurable impact.
• Grow client partnerships by identifying opportunities to expand engagement, increase value, and contribute to long-term account success.

• Improve delivery consistency, reducing delays, scope misalignment, and execution friction through scalable process enhancements.
• Position clients for future success by anticipating whats next and applying your expertise in CMS platforms and AI to shape innovative digital experiences and solutions.

About you:

• You successfully deliver complex, CMS-based web projects for enterprise clients, navigating scope, scale, and stakeholder expectations with confidence.
• You build trust with clients as a primary point of contact, providing clear guidance, managing escalations, and acting as a strategic partner throughout delivery.
• You proactively identify and resolve risks, collaborating with teams and leadership to keep projects on track and outcomes intact.
• You lead cross-functional teams effectively, aligning strategy, design, engineering, and QA to deliver high-quality results while maintaining team momentum.
• You communicate clearly and confidently, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and driving informed decision-making.
