FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, found in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Business Development Manager (Remote).

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets, a proven track record of acquiring and managing clients or partners (such as IBs and affiliates), and a deep understanding of the retail and/or institutional trading landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners in assigned regions
• Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships
• Develop and execute business development strategies in line with company goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and affiliates
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industry
• Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure campaigns and partnerships are aligned and compliant
• Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Regional Director
• Represent the company at industry events, expos, and webinars
  

Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of experience in a business development/sales role within the Forex / CFDs or financial trading industry is a must
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW retail/institutional clients
• Solid understanding of MT4/MT5,cTrader and TradingView platforms, and the structure of brokerage services
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a remote environment
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
