About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our dynamic Housekeeping team as a turndown attendant. The turndown attendant services guest rooms and guest housekeeping requests and is responsible for their overall comfort level.

What Youll Do

• Has a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift. 

• Remove used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet. 

• Wipe down any wet services in the bathroom. Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot. 

• Remove Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings. Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turn music on softly and prepares bed.

• Restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.

• Prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests.

• Perform full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed.

What You Bring

• One to two years’ experience working in Housekeeping or Laundry preferred

• Strong communication skills

• Work authorization in the United States 

• Basic writing, reading and speaking skills in English

What To Expect

• Work 25 hours a week that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Work in a fast-paced environment with continuous movement on guestroom floors, pushing supply carts, and completing room preparations efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

• Collaborate with housekeeping, front office, and hotel operations team to ensure every guest room is flawless and ready to exceed guest expectations.
