Tires, Jacks, and Wheel Ornaments D&R Engineer

Location: Naucalpan de Juarez, MEX, Mexico; Hybrid

Ford is looking for a Design & Release (D&R) Engineer for Wheels, Tires, Jacks, and Wheel Ornaments (WTJO) in Mexico. In this role, you will lead the design, development, validation, and release of WTJO components for assigned vehicle programs. You will ensure compliance with quality, cost, weight, and timing targets while adhering to Fords engineering specifications (ES/FEDE) and manufacturing requirements. Collaborating with suppliers, design studio, vehicle dynamics, and program teams, you will drive product robustness, support assembly plant launches, and manage parts release through GPDS and WERS.
