Ford is seeking an experienced LL4 IT Leader to partner with HR, the business owner of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud, while leading IT strategy, delivery, and operational excellence for the platform and related technology services. This role sits at the intersection of technology and HR leadership, translating business priorities—such as talent management, workforce planning, compensation, payroll, and employee experience—into scalable, secure, and reliable IT solutions. The leader will manage a team of analysts, engineers, and vendor partners while acting as a trusted advisor to senior HR stakeholders, ensuring Oracle HCM and adjacent systems enable Fords people strategy and digital transformation goals.
