Identity Platform Engineering Manager

We are seeking an Identity Platform Engineering Manager to help define and drive the future of digital trust across Fords global ecosystem. This leader will shape the strategy, engineering, and operations of Fords Identity and Access Management platform across workforce, dealer, supplier, customer, workload, and emerging AI agent identities.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Head of Identity and Access Management, this role begins as a highly strategic individual contributor with broad enterprise influence and an expectation to build and lead a global platform engineering team.
