In this position... 

As Director, Global Mobility, you will set the strategy and lead the evolution of Ford’s global mobility and relocation programs. This role enables domestic and international talent movement —through scalable, compliant, data-informed solutions. You will advise senior leaders on how mobility can enable business growth, workforce planning, talent deployment, market expansion, and organizational change while delivering a consistent employee experience.
