Director, Enterprise Technology Strategy
Location: Dearborn, MI, United States; Hybrid
As Global Senior Director of Demand Management, Workforce Strategy & Sourcing, you will shape how Fords Enterprise Technology (ET) organization plans, sources and deploys its global technology talent. You will drive the vision, implementation and ongoing optimization of ETs demand planning process and global workforce, directly influencing how Ford delivers its product and technology roadmap.
You will own the tracking, monitoring and reporting of ETs operational health and drive proactive improvements in efficiency and resource allocation. You will also architect and run ETs workforce operating system—balancing employees, contingent labor, managed-service providers and emerging talent pipelines while ensuring compliance, optimized cost, and strategic fit.
