What youll do

Youll run Focaldatas trackers and multi-market projects from start to finish. 

• Owning trackers and multi-market projects end to end. Youll handle questionnaire design when required, scripting, translation coordination, fieldwork, quotas, data cleaning and data tables, across waves and across countries.
• Keeping long-term projects consistent. Youll protect trend data and version control, and document changes.
• Managing fieldwork closely. Youll advise and watch incidence, quotas and data quality market by market, and flag risks before they become problems.
• Being the clients trusted operational lead. Clients will rely on you for clear updates, sound methodological advice and realistic timelines. Youll lead the day-to-day communication.
• Making delivery better. Youll work with our product and engineering teams to improve the platform and our processes, and suggest how we can run trackers and multi-market work more efficiently

Who you are (skills and experience)

Experience:

• 2 - 3 years experience in quantitative research, fieldwork management or research operations. 

Skills:

• Hands-on experience running trackers and/or multi-country studies
• Strong survey design and scripting skills
• Experience cleaning raw data and running data tables, with high standards for accuracy
• Excellent organisation. You can manage several long-running projects at once without dropping details.
• Clear, confident communication with clients, including when you need to push back on timelines or scope
