Examples of key problems the team is working on

• Youre securing the frontier of AI. The model weights training on our infrastructure are the most valuable and most targeted artifacts in technology, and were standing up the compute to hold them faster than anyone ever has. A breach isnt a leak, its the frontier walking out the door.

• Build the entire security program from scratch. Most leaders inherit someone elses system and spend a career patching it. Here you own it end to end, bare metal to boardroom, as we scale across continents.

• Your threat surface is measured in gigawatts. The customers running on our infrastructure are building the most consequential technology in human history, and being responsible for the physical and logical security of that work makes everything else feel small.

Role Scope

• Own end-to-end physical security technology across a portfolio of greenfield data center campuses, from groundbreak through commissioning into steady-state operations.

• Partner with engineering teams and trades to drive on-schedule deployment of physical security systems, including ESS programming and commissioning.

• Carry Fluidstacks security commitments to customers, hitting every contractual milestone.

• Design and execute site-specific strategies for secure material movement and protection of critical assets through deployment and operations.

What Were Looking For

• Youve lived the full data center security lifecycle from groundbreak to go-live, and you speak construction and operations fluently.

• Youre deeply technical on Electronic Security Systems: programming, commissioning, door hardware validation, not just oversight.

• You plan and execute secure material moves and critical-asset protection on active build sites.

• Youre energized by the pace of getting things built and comfortable owning security when it touches everything on site.

• Bonus: Hyperscale greenfield builds. ESS deployment and commissioning at scale. Construction-phase security. Customer-facing security commitments.
