About the Role:

As a Product Manager Sr Lead, Commercial, you will define and drive the strategic direction, growth, and commercial success of a portfolio of fintech products and solutions. You will translate market opportunities, customer needs, and business priorities into product strategies that deliver measurable client and business outcomes. Acting as a senior product leader, you will influence stakeholders across commercial, technology, operations, and delivery functions while driving innovation, adoption, revenue growth, and market differentiation. Success in this role is measured by product performance, customer value realization, market impact, and achievement of commercial objectives.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, roadmap, and growth plans aligned to business objectives.
• Lead product lifecycle management from concept through launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
• Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, client feedback, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Prioritize product investments using commercial, customer, operational, and strategic insights.
• Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-impact product capabilities.
• Establish product success metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize product performance and customer outcomes.
• Develop business cases, pricing strategies, commercialization plans, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Engage directly with clients, prospects, industry leaders, and stakeholders to validate market needs and product direction.
• Lead cross-functional teams through complex product initiatives, influencing decisions without direct authority.
• Ensure products meet regulatory, risk, security, and compliance requirements relevant to financial services markets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or skills-based equivalent through relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in product management, product strategy, and commercial product leadership.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market analysis, customer discovery, and portfolio management.
• Experience translating business objectives into scalable product roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to drive product adoption, revenue growth, client satisfaction, and market expansion.
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data, customer insights, and market intelligence to inform decisions.
• Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills across executive, commercial, technology, and operational teams.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in financial technology, payments, banking, capital markets, or related industries.
