Job Description

Facilitates comprehensive market research to help identify emerging trends, competitor pricing strategies, and customer behaviors, providing insights to optimize pricing models. Analyzes financial data, customer feedback, and industry benchmarks to develop and refine pricing strategies that maximize revenue while ensuring competitiveness within the industry. Under limited supervision, utilizes advanced analytics and optimization techniques to fine-tune pricing models, improving pricing accuracy, responsiveness to market changes, and overall profitability through data-driven insights. Implements processes working with sales, product management, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives, contributing to a cohesive approach across the organization. Assists in the development and maintenance of pricing models, incorporating variables such as cost structures, demand elasticity, and customer segmentation to optimize pricing decisions. Monitors competitor pricing strategies, product offerings, and market positioning to recommend adjustments and maintain a competitive advantage in the industry. Stays informed about and ensures compliance with relevant pricing regulations and industry standards, mitigating legal risks while maintaining a strong ethical standing in pricing practices. Implements and completes key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of pricing strategies, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders for review. Maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation of pricing processes, models, and assumptions, ensuring transparency and facilitating knowledge transfer within the organization.

Experienced individual role encapsulating facilitating operational tasks that contribute to departmental outcomes, managing the implementation of systems, processes, or products to improve performance. Responsibilities include addressing-complex issues with considerable independence, applying analysis and judgment to guide decisions. Regular communication with external contacts such as customers, vendors, and requiring information exchange.
