Epos Now is looking for an experienced finance leader to step into a broad, hands-on VP Finance role covering maternity leave. Youll own the day-to-day operation of our finance function - reporting, controls, treasury, tax, and statutory compliance - across an international group.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, youll lead a talented finance team and be a key voice in senior management, shaping how we report, control, and grow the business.

What youll do:
• Lead and develop the finance team, driving performance against KPIs
• Own the group management accounts process and drive continuous improvement in reporting
• Take the lead on statutory accounts, external audit, and multi-jurisdiction compliance
• Oversee Group cash, treasury, banking relationships, and lender reporting (including covenants)
• Manage corporation tax, VAT, and R&D claims across the Group
• Drive optimisation of our finance systems, including Sage Intacct

What youll bring:
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience
• A track record leading a finance function within a multi-entity or international group
• Experience managing external audits and statutory reporting
• Confidence managing financial controls, balance sheet integrity, and month-end close
• Strong Excel and financial systems skills

Nice to have: experience with Sage Intacct, debt facilities/lender reporting, or covenant management.
