Summary: The Principal Partner, Payroll Projects serves as a principal payroll functional expert responsible for leading strategic and enterprise payroll projects and transformation initiatives that optimize payroll operations, systems, and controls. This role partners closely with Payroll, HRIS, HR, Finance, IT, Total Rewards, and Operations leaders to translate organizational priorities into scalable payroll solutions that improve accuracy, compliance, efficiency, stakeholder experience, and operational readiness. 
The Principal Partner, Payroll Projects serves as a strategic payroll resource for enterprise initiatives, process improvement, system enhancements, governance, and change management, ensuring payroll requirements are clearly defined, effectively implemented, and continuously improved.
