Americas Field Marketing Intern
Location: Austin, TX, United States; Hybrid
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation tools to improve marketing workflows, sales support activities, and team productivity.
- Build, maintain, and enhance AI-powered prompts, templates, assistants, and playbooks that support regional field marketing initiatives.
- Assist in creating repeatable processes and workflows that increase efficiency and reduce administrative effort.
- Maintain the AMER Marketing Master Calendar, ensuring campaigns, webinars, tradeshows, roadshows, and events remain accurate and up to date.
- Support event planning activities by coordinating event briefs, timelines, attendee tracking, and post-event follow-up processes.
- Help maintain the accuracy of event-related data, registrations, lead management, and routing activities.
- Organize and manage a centralized library of marketing assets, templates, best practices, and playbooks.
- Develop target account lists and invitation lists to support strategic marketing programs, executive events, webinars, and campaigns.
- Assist with campaign reporting, event performance analysis, pipeline influence tracking, and marketing return on investment measurements.
- Gather, validate, and organize data from multiple sources to support business reviews and leadership reporting.
- Create repeatable reporting frameworks and templates that improve visibility into marketing performance and business impact.
- Collaborate with sales, field marketing, and cross-functional teams to support regional growth initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Currently pursuing a bachelors in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other business productivity tools.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Interest in learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Currently pursuing a masters degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, or similar productivity technologies.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience conducting market research, data analysis, or business intelligence activities.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, or visualizations using tools such as Power BI.
- Exposure to event planning, campaign execution, sales enablement, or marketing operations activities.
- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
