The right candidate will bring curiousity, sound judgment, and a clear point of view on how to build durable platform capabilities that drive customer value.
Where you will make an impact
Own the product strategy and roadmap for business process automation capabilities across the platform
Define and deliver foundational workflow capabilities that other Ellucian products can build on
Lead discovery, validation, and prioritization for out-of-the-box business process automation workflows
Partner with engineering and UX to shape intuitive, secure, scalable workflow experiences
Drive decisions across competing priorities, customer needs, and platform investment tradeoffs
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, engineering, security, support, customer success, sales, and go-to-market teams
Translate customer and market feedback into clear product direction, themes, initiatives, epics, and stories
Ensure workflow capabilities are designed with security, reliability, governance, and operational manageability in mind
Support product adoption, customer success, and solution health through clear positioning, enablement, and product expertise
Represent the product with confidence in customer conversations, executive forums, and cross-functional planning sessions
What you will bring
5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platform, workflow, automation, or infrastructure-related products

Proven ability to work effectively across internal and external stakeholders and balance competing priorities
Strong executive presence and the ability to influence decisions with clarity, structure, and confidence
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences
