What Youll Do

• Ensure projects are delivered to customer’s satisfaction. 

• Develop and implement strategy to engage with Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) partners to support project deliveries.  

• Develop and build out the project deployment team of project managers, engineers and technicians to support parallel deployments. 

• Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Application team to evaluate project feasibility early on.  

• Closely engage with project’s customers, including traveling to sites, to ensure their needs are met throughout the project. 

What Youll Bring

• At least 10 years of experience in deploying large-scale industrial equipment across multiple industries in different European countries 

• Strong project management experiences  

• Demonstrated experiences working with industrial customers and deploying equipment on their sites.  

• Demonstrated experiences of building out and managing project delivery teams 

• Experience with codes, standards and permitting processes in Europe 

• Bachelor degree in Engineering 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Organized, detail-oriented 

• Team-oriented, adaptable, and loves to challenge assumptions 

• Devises creative solutions without losing focus on the defined scope and timeline.
