Marketing Executive : Sri Lanka (Remote)

Location: Remote

• Website & SEO: Manage TDs website, landing pages, keyword research, on-page optimization; monitor GSC and GA4
• Social Media: Manage Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn; engage the I Love Dentistry FB group
• Paid Advertising: Run and optimize Meta ad campaigns; manage monthly ad budget; test creative
• Content: Outline articles, create lead magnets, produce event recap PDFs and infographics
• Email Marketing: Manage segmentation, scheduling, automations; report on performance
• Analytics: Maintain marketing dashboard; deliver weekly/monthly reports
• Lead Gen & CRO: Research new lead gen strategies; optimize landing pages, CTAs, and booking flow

• 2+ years in digital marketing (coaching, consulting, or healthcare-adjacent a plus)
• Degree/diploma in marketing or related field; CIM/SLIM progress an advantage
• Proven paid social, SEO, and email marketing experience
• Strong copywriting; familiar with Canva and Google Workspace
• Meta and Google Ads experience highly preferred
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, results-driven, coachable
• Dental industry knowledge is a plus, not a requirement

• Schedule your 8-hour workday within the specified time frame. Since we are 100% virtual, we can create a flexible work schedule for 4 hours during the day and 4 hours at night. 
• Remuneration - Starting from 100,000-110,000 LKR (Inclusive of Basic + Fixed allowances) based on experience. You will be eligible for a probation confirmation increment after 06 months. (Conditions apply).
