Brand Management Executive : Sri Lanka (Remote)

Location: Remote

• Define the founders positioning, content pillars and voice, and defend those decisions.
• Write every script, hook and long-form post. He should never face a blank camera.
• Run remote recording sessions: direct him, manage his energy, and get usable takes from an expert who isnt a natural presenter.
• Brief the video editor, review every cut and keep content on schedule.
• Publish daily across YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Each post must be native to its platform, never cross-posted.
• Rebuild his website so podcast hosts and event organisers can easily invite or book him.
• Pitch podcasts and event programmers directly, and track the pipeline through to confirmed bookings.
• Review performance data every week and quickly stop what isnt working.

• One platform past 1 million followers
• An average of 10,000+ views per video
• A steady flow of inbound podcast invitations and speaking bookings

• Proven experience growing a real account (your own, a creators or a founders), with numbers to show.
• Strong writing skills: hooks, scripts, long-form posts and cold pitches.
• Working knowledge of filming and editing, even if a freelancer handles the final polish.
• Fluency across all five platforms and an understanding of what works on each.
• Ability to read analytics and make decisions from them.
• Confident, effective use of AI tools for content production.
• Comfort directing someone senior and giving honest feedback.
• Self-management: you meet daily deadlines without supervision.
