The Partner Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong and productive relationship with Flash service partners. This role ensures that partners consistently meet performance expectations through proactive engagement, regular audits, and ongoing compliance. It is a forward-looking, leadership-driven role focused on improvement, operational excellence, and enabling scalable high-quality service delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact between them and internal teams. Effective relationship management ensures smooth communication, faster issue resolution, and long-term partnership stability.

  • Contract Negotiation – Lead negotiations on pricing and terms to secure cost-effective, favorable agreements that protect the companys interests while enabling partner success. Proactively manage contracts across their lifecycle to avoid risks and ensure value.

  • Evaluation and Performance Monitoring – Continuously assess partner performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs. Early identification of gaps enables proactive interventions, mitigating service disruptions and supporting continuous improvement.

  • Quality Assurance – Ensure partners comply with required quality standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits and drive corrective actions to reduce risk exposure and maintain service integrity.

  • Cost Management – Analyze partner cost structures, identify inefficiencies, and lead cost-reduction strategies. This is critical to maintaining competitiveness and supporting sustainable growth.

  • Supply Chain Optimization – Collaborate with partners to enhance logistics, inventory management, and overall supply chain performance, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Act as a strategic liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and seamless operational execution.

  • Travel – Able to provide onsite support for business reviews, training, auditing, warehouse relocations, and new partner setup.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Language – Fluency in English is required.

  • Leadership – Essential for driving performance, leading change, and fostering accountability in partner relationships. Effective leadership ensures partners remain aligned with the companys goals and culture.

  • Analytical Thinking – Critical for turning data into actionable insights. The ability to identify patterns and performance gaps supports informed decisions and continuous service optimization.

  • Problem Solving – Enables the Partner Manager to quickly address operational or contractual issues, minimizing impact on service delivery and maintaining customer trust.

  • Negotiation & Communication – Strong negotiation secures beneficial terms, while clear communication ensures expectations are understood and met by all parties. This helps build long-term, transparent partnerships.

  • Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with relevant systems and tools (both internal and partner platforms) allows for efficient issue tracking, reporting, and collaboration, streamlining daily operations and reducing friction.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced English – C1.

  • Bachelors or equivalent degree from an accredited educational institution, focused on logistics, business, or related areas.

  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft applications and the use of online- based tools and programs.

  • Able to conduct financial data analysis as required to validate charges, expenses, and business operational profitability.

  • Previous leadership experience, preferably in the areas of Logistics/Transportation/Inventory Management.

  • Experience in pricing for the area of Logistics, Transport, and Trading.

  • General knowledge of Trade Compliance, Import, and export regulations.

  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain order management and WMS systems.
