Edelman is looking for an Editorial & Presentation Designer to join our team in Bogotá.

This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about transforming information and ideas into clear, engaging visual stories. We’re looking for strong experience in presentation and editorial design, with the ability to take projects from concept through execution with autonomy, attention to detail, and high standards of quality.

What You’ll Do

• Create and develop PowerPoint presentations, transforming content, data, and complex information into clear, engaging, and effective visual narratives.

• Work autonomously on editorial and presentation design projects from concept through implementation, maintaining a high level of detail, strong composition, and visual consistency.

• Develop editorial pieces using strong knowledge of layout, grids, typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and color theory.

• Design and visualize information through infographics, charts, and other visual assets that make complex content easier to understand.

• Translate communication objectives and needs into relevant visual solutions for different audiences and formats.

• Contribute, based on project needs, to digital design, social media content, and web design.

• Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and quality.

• Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines and time zones, bringing creative ideas and solutions that elevate the quality of the work.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years of professional graphic design experience, with demonstrated experience in presentation and editorial design.

• A portfolio demonstrating strong presentation design and PowerPoint experience, including composition, visual storytelling, and information organization.

• Strong knowledge of editorial design, layout, grids, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience in information visualization, including charts and infographics.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Working knowledge of Figma, at least at a basic level.

• Ability to manage projects independently, meet deadlines, and clearly articulate design decisions.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience in digital design, social media assets, or web design.

• Experience preparing final artwork and print materials.

• Previous experience working in a creative studio or agency environment.
