JOB PURPOSE

The mission of eProcess International is to establish and deliver strategic guidelines for Technology Management across the Ecobank Affiliates. Additionally, the organization serves as a leading provider of Technology and Telecommunication services to Affiliate subsidiaries.

The individual overseeing this Unit is tasked with ensuring the effective management of all financial and fiscal operations for eProcess International SA and its affiliates, eProcess International Ghana Limited and Nigeria Limited. This role also involves supporting the coordination of administrative functions, business planning, accounting, and budgeting activities to drive the company’s success.

JOB CONTEXT

Provide comprehensive finance support to eProcess businesses and functions, ensuring alignment with and successful execution of the corporate strategy.

Deliver consistent, accurate, and insightful financial information to enhance decision-making processes. Deliver accurate information for regulatory and statutory purposes. This contribution will help position eProcess Businesses as a credible, transparent, and attractive organization for investors and key stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial and Operational Management

 Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with the appropriate generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Regulatory requirements and Audit requirements. 
 Maintain internal control safeguards and coordinate all audit activities within the finance department for eProcess International SA and his affiliates eProcess International Ghana Limited and eProcess Nigeria Limited. 
 Coordinate External Audits by Regulators (Free Zone Board, Ghana Revenue Authority, etc.), External Auditors and ETI with regards for Ghana, Togo and eProcess Nigeria Limited.
 Ensure accuracy of Fixed Asset Management
 Ensure timely resolution of all Audit & Control comments
 Assist the CFO on the management of the cash flow and forecasting. 
 Assist the CFO to optimize banking relationships on behalf of eProcess and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash positions. 
 Oversee the preparation and review of tax provisions for financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards such as GAAP or IFRS.
 Manage and coordinate responses to tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities
 Develop and implement strategies to minimize the organizations tax liability while remaining compliant with all tax laws.

Reporting
 Monthly financial report to Group Office, eProcess Executive Committee (Exco).
 Financial Performance Report to eProcess Board.
 Regulatory and Statutory reporting in Ghana, Togo and Nigeria.

Team Management 
 Develop the financial reporting team through managing work allocation, trainings, issue resolution, performance evaluation, and the building of an effective team dynamics. 
 Be a team player within the eProcess organization. 
JOB PROFILE

Experience & Qualifications
 Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance-related roles.
 In-depth knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
 Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Accounting Standards (IAS).

Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
 Professional international accounting certification (e.g., ACCA,) or equivalent qualification.
