The Crown Is Yours

As a Sportsbook Operations Senior Associate, youll drive the day-to-day execution of operational plans for high-intensity, live-focused sports, ensuring our offerings stay sharp and competitive. Collaborating across teams, youll support campaign rollouts, monitor real-time performance, and turn data into actionable insights. In this role, youll shape go-to-market strategies that elevate engagement and impact.

What youll do

• Own daily merchandising execution across key customer-facing product surfaces.

• Ensure promotions, product updates, events, and site content are accurate, relevant, and launched on schedule.

• Identify merchandising opportunities based on the event calendar, customer behavior, promotional priorities, product releases, and competitor activity.

• Partner with Promotions, Product, Operations, Customer Experience, and Marketing to coordinate launches and resolve customer-facing issues.

• Monitor live experiences and escalate technical or customer-facing issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.

• Use customer feedback, performance data, and competitive insights to recommend merchandising optimizations.

• Maintain clear documentation and communication across workstreams to support consistent execution across the team.

What youll bring

• At least 2 years of experience in operations, strategy, marketing, or a related field, ideally in a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment.

• A strong understanding of sports and live event dynamics across multiple leagues.

• The ability to thrive in fast-paced, real-time environments while balancing multiple priorities.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing workstreams.

• A data-driven mindset and the ability to turn insights into action.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

• Provide coverage during major events, evenings, and weekends as required.
