• Arrive at the job site timely and consistently.
• Complete assigned tasks as part of a DN construction crew.
• Actively participate in personal and professional development opportunities. 
• Positively contribute to the overall success and culture of DN construction projects. 
• Adhere to all DN safety policies and quality policies. 
• Embody DN Tanks core values in action. 
• Become an expert in the construction of pre-stressed concrete liquid storage tanks.
