Shape the future of recruiting through modern software architecture and AI

We build our Talent Acquisition platforms end to end, from concept and architecture to production operation. Using modern cloud technologies, intelligent integrations, and AI-driven solutions, we create products that transform how organizations attract and hire talent.

As a Software Architect, you will work closely with our Senior Software Architect and multiple engineering teams. You will help design technical solutions for complex challenges, build core platform capabilities, and bring AI applications into production. While influencing technical direction across products, you remain hands-on and actively contribute to implementation.

• Develop core platforms and integration components
• Support engineering teams in architecture and technology decisions
• Design and implement AI- and LLM-based solutions
• Ensure scalability, quality, security, and compliance across systems
• Foster engineering excellence through mentoring, code reviews, and best practices

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Proven experience in software architecture and building production-grade applications
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD
• Hands-on experience delivering AI or LLM-based solutions into production
• Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and AI governance requirements
• Ability to collaborate across teams and guide technical decision-making
• Excellent English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Recruiting, HR Technology, or Talent Management solutions
• Knowledge of modern integration and data exchange standards
