Position Summary

Do you enjoy creating exceptional travel experiences and providing personalized customer service?

We are seeking professional, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Custom Itinerary Planner. In this role, youll assist clients with planning premium leisure travel, including luxury resorts, cruises, private tours, villas, and customized vacation experiences.

Whether you have experience in hospitality, customer service, sales, or are looking to begin a career in the travel industry, youll receive comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and access to industry resources to help you succeed.

No previous travel industry experience is required. Training is provided for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Luxury Travel Advisor, you will:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and budget.

• Research luxury resorts, hotels, cruises, villas, and premium travel experiences.

• Design personalized travel itineraries tailored to each clients needs.

• Coordinate reservations with travel suppliers and industry partners.

• Provide accurate information regarding destinations, accommodations, and travel options.

• Maintain organized client records and booking documentation.

• Deliver professional customer support before, during, and after travel.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
