We are looking for a Home-Based Operations Analyst to join a growing U.S.-based company in the promotional products industry. In this role, you will support end-to-end order operations by coordinating with decorating partners, vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure projects move smoothly from sourcing through production and delivery. You will play a key role in monitoring timelines, resolving operational issues, communicating updates, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the order lifecycle.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

• Education: Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in the promotional products industry, customer service, marketing, e-commerce, or related operations roles.

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Gmail, Docs).

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and promotional industry software such as Sage, ESP, commonsku, or Syncore is preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or Canva is an advantage.

  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and project coordination skills.

• Salary Range: PHP 35,000 – 37,500

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)

• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
