SEO Specialist

Location: Remote

Definity is adding an experienced SEO Specialist to support a focused website optimization project. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly assess an existing digital presence, identify opportunities to improve organic visibility, and turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations with minimal ramp-up.

At Definity, a leading technology company focused on AI-driven solutions and digital transformation, we are continuously expanding our team to support innovative, high-impact projects.

This is a short-term, project-based collaboration, remote and open to candidates across LATAM. The engagement is estimated at 40–60 total hours per month.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Strong experience conducting technical and on-page SEO audits.
• Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience using SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
• Knowledge of website crawling, indexing, metadata, internal linking, redirects, and structured data.
• Experience analyzing and improving page speed and Core Web Vitals.
• Ability to translate SEO findings into clear, prioritized, and actionable recommendations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Comfortable working independently within a defined scope and limited timeframe.
• Advanced English.

Main Activities

• Conduct a comprehensive SEO audit of the existing website.
• Identify technical issues affecting crawling, indexing, performance, and organic visibility.
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Review and optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and website content.
• Evaluate page speed, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals.
• Review the website’s analytics and search performance tracking.
• Identify local SEO opportunities where applicable.
• Provide a prioritized roadmap of recommended improvements.
• Implement or coordinate selected SEO improvements with the project team.
• Document findings, completed actions, and recommended next steps.

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
