We partner with over 60 school districts and dozens of health plans, and we are expanding to meet the demand for both adolescent and adult therapy. For Texas clinicians, that expansion is the opportunity: well help you get licensed in California, cover the cross-licensing fees, and place you directly into our health plans, where open slots get booked.

Compensation (1099 Independent Contractor)

Earn $55-$75 per session based on weekly caseload, with no cap on earnings. The more clients you see, the more you earn.

Flexibility & Support

• Fully remote: Work from anywhere in the U.S.
• Flexible schedule: Choose your own time blocks anywhere between Monday and Sunday, 8 am to 8 pm Pacific Standard Time (weekends optional).
• We handle the admin: Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and consent forms, so you can focus on care.
• Supportive clinical community: Peer consultation, collaborative networks, and team discussions.
• Professional development: CE credits and ongoing training.

What Youll Do

• Build strong, supportive relationships with clients to create a safe therapeutic space
• Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to adults and adolescents experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions
• Provide psychoeducation to parents and caregivers

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Texas as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, with a willingness to pursue California licensure (well guide you)
• Passion for mental health and a commitment to culturally responsive, equitable care
• Experience working with youth and/or adults in clinical or school settings
• Comfortable providing telehealth services

Note: This role is open to fully licensed Texas clinicians only. Associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible.
