We are seeking an experienced EMEA Commercial Incentive Compensation Analyst to serve as a strategic business partner supporting the commercial organization across incentive compensation, territory design, quota setting, and sales performance analytics. This role will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Commercial Operations, Finance, HR, and Global Compensation teams to design, administer, and continuously improve incentive programs that drive business growth, align seller behavior to company objectives, and ensure operational excellence across the EMEA region.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Supporting the annual territory mapping and quota setting processes by preparing data, validating inputs, maintaining documentation, and helping ensure alignment with commercial strategy and sales coverage needs.
· Supporting the administration of incentive compensation plans, including plan setup, eligibility tracking, quota assignment, performance tracking, payout calculations, and issue resolution through collaboration with Finance, HR, Sales Ops and Commercial teams.
· Validating sales performance, bookings, revenue, quota, and payout data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely communication to stakeholders.
· Supporting incentive compensation governance by maintaining clear documentation of plan rules, quota assumptions, territory changes, calculation logic, and approval records.
The required qualifications for the job include:
· Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related analytical discipline.
· Minimum 6 years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Sales Compensation, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related commercial functions.
· Demonstrated experience supporting complex, multi-country sales organizations across EMEA or global regions.
· Deep understanding of incentive compensation design principles, sales performance management, quota methodologies, and territory management.
· Proven experience conducting compensation modeling, financial analysis, scenario planning, and performance analytics. ·
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, Power Query, pivot tables, and large dataset analysis.
· Experience working with incentive compensation platforms such as SAP Callidus, Xactly, Varicent, Everstage, CaptivateIQ, Anaplan, or similar systems.
· Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and navigate cross-functional environments.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
