Commercial Operations Support

Location: Delhi, India

1. Manage end-to-end procurement of S&M indirect categories for Central Region which includes:

• BTL activities and branding materials

• Dealer / retailer engagement activities

• Events, exhibitions and promotional activities

• Gifts, merchandise and promotional items

• Printing and point-of-sale materials

• Outdoor advertising / OOH requirements

• MICE, dealer meets and travel-related requirements

• Digital / activation-related services, wherever applicable

• Other S&M indirect requirements as assigned

• Understand business requirements and develop appropriate RFQ / RFP / BoQ and sourcing strategies.

• Drive competitive sourcing through e-RFQ / e-Auction / negotiations, wherever applicable.

• Conduct commercial negotiations and achieve competitive pricing, optimum payment terms and other favourable commercial conditions.

• Develop and maintain a competitive regional vendor ecosystem across Central Region

• Conduct market / rate benchmarking and identify cost-saving, consolidation and standardisation opportunities.

• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing, Finance and other stakeholders for timely closure of requirements.

• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, DOA/SOD, SAP/Ariba processes and documentation requirements.

• Develop / manage ARC, rate contracts and standard rate cards for recurring requirements, wherever applicable.

• Monitor vendor performance relating to quality, delivery, responsiveness and commercial compliance.

• Prepare procurement MIS and provide regular updates on sourcing status, savings, pending requirements and key procurement initiatives.
